Terms of Service
Last updated: August 20, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website codelo.agency (the “Site”), operated by CODELO (“CODELO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site in any way — including browsing, submitting the contact form, or reading our blog — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. About the Site and Our Services
The Site is an informational website that describes CODELO's web, mobile, AI, and chatbot development services, showcases our portfolio and team, and allows visitors to contact us about potential engagements.
Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to enter into a binding service agreement. Any actual development, design, consulting, or other services we provide are governed by a separate, signed agreement or statement of work between CODELO and the client, the terms of which will prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict regarding those services.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, including the administrative area, or to any systems or networks connected to the Site;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including through the introduction of viruses, malware, or excessive automated requests;
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site using automated means without our prior written consent;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Site;
- Submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content through the contact form or any other feature of the Site;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its entire content — including text, graphics, logos, the CODELO name and branding, images, portfolio materials, and the underlying software and design — are the property of CODELO or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.
6. Contact Form and Communications
When you submit the contact form, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. We will use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an inquiry does not create any contractual obligation between you and CODELO.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including project and client websites referenced in our portfolio. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site, and including a link does not imply our endorsement.
8. Blog and Content Disclaimer
Blog posts and other informational content published on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. You should not rely on such content as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Site will be secure, available at all times, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CODELO and its team members, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CODELO and its team members, employees, and contractors harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Client Engagements
These Terms govern your use of the Site only. If you engage CODELO to provide development, design, consulting, or other services, that engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which will set out the scope, fees, deliverables, intellectual property terms, warranties, and other conditions applicable to those services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which CODELO is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
14. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, we encourage you to first contact us at main@codelo.agency so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent courts or, where the parties agree, to arbitration, in accordance with applicable law.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to the Site or other users. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CODELO regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings regarding the Site, except for any separate written agreement governing a specific client engagement.
19. Contact Us
